Capital plan · 2026–2029 roadmap · 2026–2041 mission
From $0 to $5 million. One business engine, built on paying customers.
Online Guide Capital is the capital-building strategy that turns our digital brands into one connected technology, tourism, AI, community and commerce business — starting from limited resources in Siem Reap, and aiming to build a company with a potential $5 million valuation or asset base within three years.
$0 $60,000+ / month

- $0 — services first
- Three-year target
- $5M potential valuation
- Base
- Siem Reap, Cambodia
01The ecosystem
Four brands. One business engine.
Not four disconnected websites. Sell real services first, use the profit to build reusable technology, then scale through recurring revenue, partnerships, digital products and — eventually — outside investment.

Builds trust and community
- Services generate cash
- Content attracts customers
- Community builds trust
- Software creates recurring revenue
- Documented performance supports investment
Ownership, finances, intellectual property and legal relationships stay clear across all four brands. The names alone do not establish a registered company, licensed association or investment fund.
02The mission
Fifteen years, five phases.
Start, build, scale, target — then make it last. Each phase is earned by the evidence of the one before it.
-
2026
Phase 1 · Start
Start from zero
Build the first customer base, sell digital marketing and tourism services, publish useful content and validate one AI product. Aim for the first $100, then $1,000, then $5,000 in cumulative sales.
-
2027
Phase 2 · Build
Build a repeatable business
Recurring clients, paid business listings, a digital-product shop and a working subscription product. Document revenue, costs, retention and customer results.
-
2028
Phase 3 · Scale
Expand beyond Siem Reap
Reach other Cambodian destinations, introduce partner and agency accounts, improve AI automation and develop regional distribution.
-
2029
Phase 4 · Target
Pursue a $5 million valuation
If the company shows substantial recurring revenue, growth, defensible technology and strong operations, pursue a professionally supported valuation and suitable strategic investment.
-
2030–2041
Phase 5 · Endure
Build a lasting institution
A trusted regional platform for local knowledge, tourism businesses, AI tools, digital commerce, creator income and international partnerships.
The roadmap lines up with Cambodia’s Startup Development Strategy 2026–2030 and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Roadmap 2025–2035. These are opportunities to investigate — not guarantees of support or funding.
03The capital ladder
Seven rungs from $0 to $5 million.
Illustrative milestones, not forecasts. Each rung needs proof before the next one counts.
Revenue and cash
Money actually earned, retained or raised. It pays salaries and suppliers.
Company valuation
An estimate of what investors might pay for the business. It is not cash in the bank.
The later rungs are stretch targets. Reaching them by 2029 needs evidence of demand and a lot of execution — not just publishing websites.
What a $5 million valuation could require
A simple sensitivity exercise: a company valued at five times annual recurring revenue needs $1 million in ARR to support a $5 million valuation.
- $83,333monthly recurring revenue
- × 12$1,000,000annual recurring revenue
- × 5$5,000,000illustrative valuation
The 5× multiple is an assumption, not a promise or a verified valuation. Real valuations depend on growth, margins, retention, market, customer concentration and risk. Tour bookings and one-off projects create valuable cash flow, but they are not counted as software subscription ARR — revenue categories stay separate.

-
Year 2
Productize and expand
- Standardize the best-performing services.
- Introduce recurring software or data subscriptions.
- Recruit contractors only when revenue supports them.
- Expand to other Cambodian destinations after proving Siem Reap demand.
-
Year 3
Scale and prepare for capital
- Develop agency, hotel and operator partnerships.
- Demonstrate recurring revenue and customer retention.
- Prepare audited or professionally reviewed financial statements as appropriate.
- Seek strategic investors only if investment can accelerate a proven business.
07The financial system
Every dollar earned gets a job.
Revenue is not profit, and profit is not automatically available for investment.
- Cash reserve$20
- Marketing and sales$25
- Operating costs$25
- Product and technology$20
- Tax and compliance reserve$10
Before applying this model, cover personal living needs, outstanding obligations and taxes. Adjust to actual cash flow. No heavy borrowing, and customer deposits are never treated as unrestricted profit.
The monthly capital dashboard
Ten numbers, tracked from the very first month.
- 01Total collected revenue
- 02Gross profit by service or product

08The system
Shared parts, built once.
Shared components instead of four versions of the same thing. Lightweight, secure websites and existing software first; custom applications only where they create measurable customer value.
09The long view
2026 to 2041.
The long-term opportunity is not just selling tours. It is building trusted digital infrastructure that helps travelers find local knowledge — and helps local businesses earn from their expertise.
